I am pleased to announce that I have been elected co-chair of the REBNY Sales Brokers Committee along with Woody Heller of Savills.

We are excited to bring you a series of interesting discussions with some of our industry’s most active deal makers and best known real estate entrepreneurs. The luncheon interviews will be an “inside baseball” look at some of the City’s most important real estate projects, including behind-the-scenes details on the triumphs, failures and insights on the deals providing attendees an unmatched learning and networking opportunity.

Our first luncheon will feature Dov Hertz of DH Property Holdings, who is the leading developer of New York City multi-level, new construction, last mile logistics warehouses. Dov will provide an in-depth look at the New York City industrial market and the exciting prospects and challenges he has experienced with his large ground-up construction projects. For this first luncheon, Dov will be interviewed by Bob Knakal.
