Executive Administrative Assistant
Rudder Property Group, a Midtown NYC based commercial real estate firm, is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. This hybrid position is 30 hours per week, with three days in our office and the flexibility to work remotely on other days. Competitive compensation offered
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing, research, presentation preparation, and database management
- Support the team in technology applications (CRM, Airtable, Outlook, Excel)
- Conduct off-site property inspections and tours
- Provide accounting/bookkeeping support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Assist with industry events and client meetings
- Handle clerical tasks (scanning, mailing, office organization)
- Various executive assistant responsibilities that are traditionally expected from such a role
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
