Executive Administrative Assistant
Midtown-based commercial real estate firm, Rudder Property Group, is seeking a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support the firm’s executives 2-3 days per week in the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing, research, presentation preparation, and database management
- Support the team in technology applications (CRM, Airtable, Outlook, Excel)
- Conduct off-site property inspections and tours
- Provide accounting/bookkeeping support
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Assist with industry events and client meetings
- Handle clerical tasks (scanning, mailing, office organization)
- Various executive assistant responsibilities that are traditionally expected from such a role
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting executives
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Airtable software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter who can work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
