Executive Administrative Assistant

Midtown-based commercial real estate firm, Rudder Property Group, is seeking a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to support the firm’s executives 2-3 days per week in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing, research, presentation preparation, and database management
  • Support the team in technology applications (CRM, Airtable, Outlook, Excel)
  • Conduct off-site property inspections and tours
  • Provide accounting/bookkeeping support
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
  • Assist with industry events and client meetings
  • Handle clerical tasks (scanning, mailing, office organization)
  • Various executive assistant responsibilities that are traditionally expected from such a role

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting executives
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Airtable software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter who can work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
